With an MS in Data Science (UB 2023) and BS in Chemical Engineering (UB 2021), Noah researches and develops capabilities to support organizations across the US Government. He has 7 years of Government experience at the Air Force Research Laboratory. His interests include statistical learning, applied mathematics, and reinforcement learning.

Graduating from UB in 2021 (BS Aerospace Engineering), Vince works for Carestream Health as a Technical Commodity Manager. Managing over $35M in annual spend and negotiating over $50M in contracts, he has deep experience with Contract Manufacturers and OEMs globally, handling technical, supply chain, and strategic issues.
